My name is Yelitza Staley (Yely), and I provide bilingual inspirational Yoga’s classes, calming Meditation sessions and healthy and delicious Plant-Based Vegan recipes which all combined, create the perfect trifecta for having a happy and healthy lifestyle.
As teacher for those that want to gain practical daily tips for mindful living, I specialize in ‘Mindful Vinyasa Yoga’ which focuses on anatomical precision and creative sequencing, self-observation of the mind and the breath, and a deep exploration of postures. I truly believe that yoga can be practiced by everyone, so I make sure that every single one of my students feels welcome and included in my classes. Mindfulness and compassion are big components of my teachings with the hopes of helping students to find ease, relaxation and acceptance with their journey as they build their practice.
I am a Venezuelan born American bilingual E-RYT 200H, RYT 500H, Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider, Meditation and Advanced Vinyasa Yoga Teacher, who has lived in Chicago and Florida and now reside near San Francisco, California. I have been practicing Yoga since 2004, and Meditation since 2008 and have trained closely with the world’s leading yoga instructors including Tiffany Cruikshank and Jason Crandell. I also find passion in the kitchen and love to share plant-based living advice and recipes on my personal blog and social media channels. As a lover of knowledge and growth, I am constantly enrolled in various schools and certified training programs across yoga, meditation, and vegan culinary arts. I am also a business owner, who currently owns and operates two successful businesses. ‘YogaYely’ is my bilingual yoga business and personal brand, and I also owns and operates ‘Prajna Center’, a conscious living center in a charming eco-friendly space located in Belmont, CA, which provides classes and workshops in Yoga, Meditation, and Veganism.
