During this "Back to Self through Mindfulness" Retreat, you will learn and practice the use of different and useful mindful techniques to help you stay fully focused and connected with your present moment. The classes and workshops provided will help you to feel empowered about your physical and mental health, and will provide you with the tools to anchor yourself back to your life purpose.
I particularly chose Nosara, Costa Rica as it naturally offers the silence, space, salt of the ocean, beauty and tranquility of its jungle far away from our normal routines and obligations. At Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort, a new mindful and natural rhythm arises; a rhythm woven with movement (yoga), nurturing and deep connection (mindfulness and meditation), allowing us to enjoy the organic way for life experiences.
Our daily practices of Yoga, Meditation & Mindfulness will be easily incorporated beyond the retreat environment. Allowing you to take home with you the ability to connect amidst the storm of life’s challenges and beauty.
