If I could give 10 stars I would. I met Yely when she owned a yoga studio in Belmont, California. I instantly loved her style of yoga. I fell in love with yoga I believe because of her guidance and ability to help me achieve the perfect balance of calm and strength. After two-three years, she moved to Florida. I was very sad that I didn’t have her as my yoga instructor. Then the world went into lock down due to the coronavirus and she reached out to let me know she would be trying to teach yoga via zoom.
